Cake prices vary, based on decorating and size, so please submit an order form for more information. Depending on the size of your cake, it will either be delivered in a box, or in pieces we can assemble at your event.

Butter-cream frosting flavors include, but are not limited to:

• Chocolate
• Vanilla
• Amaretto
• Cream cheese (best paired with red velvet cake)
• Cinnamon (best paired with Mexican hot chocolate)

You’ll also need to decide whether you’d like your cake covered in butter-cream or fondant. Butter-cream is what most people refer-to as “frosting,” and is sugary, but spreads like a soft butter. Fondant is a smooth, pliable, thin layer of hardened powdered sugar and melted marshmallows which you’ve probably seen on shows like Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes. Fondant can be used to make elaborate, or “smooth” looking cakes, but is more expensive and requires more preparation time. Butter-cream is more affordable, and requires less preparation time.
